I cannot recommend Mr Lok enough. My newly bought house suffers from low water pressure and I had asked Mr Lok to diagnose the issue. Not only did Mr Lok arrive on time, he was very professional and friendly throughout his inspection. He spent a good hour up in the attic despite the afternoon heat. He found that the water pump installed had to be reset. Once this was done, the water pressure issue was solved. Mr Lok even took the trouble to explain to me all about water pumps with pictures he took. And if that wasn't enough, Mr Lok refused to accept payment, saying that no real "work" was done. I was flabbergasted. Thank you Mr Lok, you have won yourself a loyal customer.

So happen to find them on google and decided to give them a try, Mr Lok was exceptional and prompt in troubleshooting the issue. No payment required for checking on the issue and provided a quotation to see if wanted to proceed with their service. He is very detail and takes the time to explain the issue and even the probable solutions in the market (and gives his recommendation on which is best). Will definitely use his services again

I'm so glad I found Mr Tommy from google reviews, to help repair my roof leaking issue. He and his workers were very punctual, friendly and efficient in their work. My house ceiling was leaking like a waterfall during heavy rain the night before, and he came early in the morning to resolve the issue in less than half a day. He is such a saviour. I would highly recommend his services. If you have doubts on the reviews, you can always call him to find out for yourself after all, he provides free site inspection.
