Excellent experience with Rienzo Autogate, and especially thankful to Danny. From enquiry to installation, everything was handled professionally and on time. The workmanship is neat, the system works perfectly, and the team was very responsive whenever I had questions. They were also extremely patient in explaining everything clearly and went the extra mile to help bring my “dream autogate” to life. I requested to add two handles purely for display and decorative purposes, and the team even took the time to discuss among themselves on how best to make it happen for me (especially Danny, he helped to think of many many solutions just to make it work!) Most importantly, the autogate opens and closes very smoothly. The app feature is very useful and handy too, especially for careless people like me who always forget to bring house keys! After-sales support was also great, which really gave me peace of mind. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable autogate company!

I had a problem with my Rienzo autogate and contacted them for help. Their response was very fast, which I really appreciate. The maintenance staff, Hao and Nicholas, were very professional and helpful. They gave clear advice and carried out the maintenance properly. Overall, very good service and a smooth experience.
