Suspect already close business, since call or whatapps fews days no response. I still have 1 year warranty to claim back the leaking problem, service so bad , they try to irresponsible to avoid warranty

Avoid this company at all cost. They promised a 8 year warranty but do not respond to calls or messages. Roof started leaking again after 11 months.

First and last time dealing with this company. Appointed them based on Google review but unfortunately my 2-3week project (partial roof & balcony) was dragged from Nov 2022 to Jan 2023 without a closure. The project coordination was EXTREMELY POOR that they keep changing plans last minutes, giving me surprises even on the day of scheduled work. Throughout the period they came 4 times with each time managed by different supervisor. Sometimes only one worker came to work. Supervisor does not involve in actual work but sit there or left for whole day after giving instructions. Dealing with this company is a night mare as I need to follow up every inch of the work. They do not apologize nor do they have the initiative of updating the client until you file a complain. They told me all sorts of reasons eg. insufficient workers, workers sick, too many sites to look after etc. Instead of engaging sky lift to complete necessary work within one trip, this company arranged multiple trips due to their speed of work. All these are cost to customers. Overall I’m very upset with this company.

Water leakage repair work completed professionally with detailed explanation given regarding the solutions available, provision of work report and pictures for accountability and work progress explanation. Certainly, there is room of improvement for better coordination and work arrangement. Highly recommended to those people who is sourcing for a contractor to resolve water leakage problems between upper and lower units in condominium building!
