Super satisfied with Mr. Rock Tan’s service for our autogate motor change. With just one message, he managed to arrange the installation the very next day, even though it was already so close to the CNY festive season — really impressive response time. The price was very reasonable and affordable, and most importantly, he took the time to explain clearly what needed to be changed, what could be kept, and why — no hard selling at all. You can really tell he knows his stuff and is honest with his recommendations. Workmanship was neat, efficient, and professional. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. On top of that, his attitude and service level were top-notch — friendly, patient, and very responsible. Highly recommended if you’re looking to change or repair your autogate motor. Truly excellent service 👍👏
