This contractor took my initial deposit and did not start work, keep delaying. I told them to cancel the deal and return back the deposit. They said ok, but until now have not return back my deposit. Keep giving excuses why they cannot return the deposit and now waited almost a year already. Do verify whether they have actual projects or mostly just using pictures in their marketing material. I regret engaging a contractor just based on website and Facebook page marketing material. Should have visited an actual shop or ask for friend's recommendation.
