Hi. First of all, your customer service is absolutely terrible. If you’re running an air-conditioning specialist company, then put someone professional on your customer service team — not a rude and disrespectful person. When we ask for a quotation, don’t ask us to send videos and photos. You should come down, assess the site in person, do the necessary calculations, and then provide the quotation. If you need to charge for a site visit or quotation, just be upfront about it. What’s the big deal? But instead, what does your customer service say? “Oh, you already called someone else for a quotation? Then just go with them lah. Why are you calling me?” I clearly told him: “Bang, I need a quotation because I’m installing two units, and they are not back-to-back. Plus, I also need a service for another unit. That’s why, before I called you, I also got someone else to quote, so I can compare the prices.” The other guy was upfront and said there’s an RM20 charge—I said okay. If your staff’s ego got hurt, that’s not my problem. Don’t take it out on customers.
