I’m quite disappointed with my experience with Signature Malaysia. Despite charging premium prices, the quality delivered was far below expectations. The cabinet soft-close hinges are poorly installed — the doors stop halfway and cannot close fully, gently and silently. This completely defeats the purpose of having soft-close hinges and is honestly one of the most frustrating aspects of the whole installation. The workmanship is subpar — the hole cut on the back panel for the hob wiring was done incorrectly, which raises concerns about their attention to detail and quality control. Their work process is also highly inefficient. Different teams are sent in separately to handle individual tasks, often spaced out over different weeks. Revised review: While I understand that different teams are deployed for different scopes of work, the execution felt reactive rather than properly supervised. On multiple occasions, issues were only addressed after we pointed them out — including incomplete finishing details and careless handling on site. For example, the hood was unboxed and assembled under my glass hanging light in the dining area. When it was lifted to be moved into the kitchen, it almost hit the light, and I had to stop the team. In another instance, Signature brand plates were installed inconsistently across the drawers and only finalised after we noticed and flagged it weeks later. We also observed dangling hob wiring inside the cabinetry that required further adjustment. These are not just isolated defects, but reflect an overall lack of attention to detail and quality control throughout the process. While the issues were eventually rectified, this was largely a reactive response, which does not align with the expectation of a PROFESSIONAL service at this price point. My review reflects the overall experience from installation to completion, including service quality, not just the final condition after rectification.

Material is good and design is simple and in nature color. Designer Jim follow up closely with the contractors and complete it within time line. Good service and price is at middle to upper range. Comes with quality first.

I appreciate their after-service follow-up to ensure everything was perfect.
