Not honest. I requested to service airconds and they told me one of the airconds' circuit board is not functioning when they came to my house. I asked them to repair and they said not repairable and have to buy a new aircond. They recommended one brand at RM1200++. I asked cost for new aircond installation only if I buy aircond from Shopee and they quoted double market price! I checked with another company for the circuit board and the technician said just change the board will do and it costs more or less RM300 only! I suspect they wanted to take the old unit to refurbish and resale as shown in photo in their FB. Normally we'll let them take the old unit away after new one installed. They also charged high price for aircond gas top-up. Initial quote included gas top-up which is reasonable but one unit that they claimed doesn’t need service, they charged expensively for gas only. Check with others first before confirming this company.

I recently hired them to reinstalling and perform a full service on an AC unit. Give professional advice before going ahead with their jobs. The boss is a friendly responsibility person, he made sure all the installation in order. Recommended!
