The team is highly committed and well-organized. Every week, I received progress updates from the appointed interior designer, which only made me more excited to see the transformation unfold. Last but not least, I truly appreciate their after-sales service. They even paid me a visit with a thoughtful gift—such a great way to maintain customer relations! 10/10 overall rating. I engaged this company for cabinet design and customization. The final product met basic expectations, and the sales designer was generally courteous throughout the process. However, my overall experience was average due to several areas that could be done better. Communication and progress updates were inconsistent at times, which made it difficult to clearly understand the project progress and update. Installation and follow-up touch-up work were completed with some delays, but the process felt less smooth and coordinated than expected. While the outcome was acceptable, I believe there is room for improvement in communication, scheduling, and finishing details. I hope the company continues to refine these aspects, as doing so would significantly enhance the customer experience.

Very disappointing workmanship. After completion, there were multiple obvious defects, including: • Exposed screws on the wall with no proper patching or finishing • Poor and uneven joint and corner finishing • Visible ceiling gaps and untidy panel joints • Overall workmanship below basic professional standards These are not minor issues but clear, visible construction defects. I have attached photos as evidence. The final outcome does not reflect the quality one would reasonably expect from a professional contractor. I hope Slider Square takes responsibility and improves their workmanship standards. Potential customers are advised to consider carefully before engaging.
