Worst service!!! Booked an appointment for aircond service in October 2023, the roof broke & my aircond went from no problem to motherboard failure. Staff promised to replace it after the next day but waited almost 3 days for the staff to come to replace it. That was after I contacted the admin. But they replaced the motherboard WITHOUT WARRANTY. After replacing it, usually 6-7 months without service still cool but with this company after 3 months, it's the same thing again. Aircond not cool. When I contacted other technicians, they asked to contact the person who serviced it first, but when I contacted the SC team, there was no response. Very very dissatisfied because the company is not responsible!
