After confirming the project, a WhatsApp group was created with the relevant team members for coordination. Farhana became the main admin and documentation PIC, while Ain handled financial matters. Communication throughout the process was smooth and professional. Federick, the project engineer, and the installation team were punctual, detailed, and professional throughout the installation process. The contractors kept the work area clean during installation and cleaned up properly afterwards. I highly recommend to consider Solana Tec for anyone looking for a reliable solar service provider.
