Had a very good experience with Solana Tec from enquiry to installation. Zafeerah was very responsive and helpful throughout the decision-making process. She explained the available options clearly, discussed the pros and cons openly, and did not push unnecessary technology or upsell aggressively. The pricing was also reasonable. After confirming the project, a WhatsApp group was created with the relevant team members for coordination. Farhana became the main admin and documentation PIC, while Ain handled financial matters. Communication throughout the process was smooth and professional. Federick, the project engineer, and the installation team were punctual, detailed, and professional throughout the installation process. The contractors kept the work area clean during installation and cleaned up properly afterwards. I highly recommend to consider Solana Tec for anyone looking for a reliable solar service provider.

I have absolutely zero regrets choosing Solana Tec. They proved to be on a completely different level in terms of speed, transparency, and professionalism. The entire process was remarkably fast and seamless: First Payment: End of May Site Visit & Assessment: June SEDA Approval: Took just 2 weeks Installation: Completed on Early of August (within just one month after SEDA approval!) From the initial consultation to the actual site installation, their team demonstrated top-tier professionalism, clear communication, and impressive work quality. Moving to Solana Tec was the best decision I made for my home solar system.
