Get to known Solana Tec via two of my friends in Johor Bahru who have engaged them for Solar PV Turnkey Solution (Proven Track Record). My Residential enquiries and preliminaries site survey & studies was handling by Mr Calvin, Customer Support by Ms. Nurelia, Billing & payment confirmation by Finance, Ms. Ain and Project Management by Project Engineer Mr. Fikri. Installation was carrying out under Mr. Fikri’s closely supervision and was running smoothly yesterday, thank you for the competent installation team and not to forget the helper, who assist to clean all the rubbish and leftover. So far everything was beyond our expectation and currently Solana Tec have submitted changing NEM meter application to TNB as well, awaiting TNB to change or confirm the meter within next 4 to 6 weeks. Thank you everyone for your hard work to make it a smooth journey~
