I never thought and no interest of Solar system for my house before, as no feeling comfort and lack of confidence, till I meet Solar Wise Energy. The PIC, Nicholas was proactive, visiting me in person, explaining all our doubts and question patiently and professionally. Everything from the first quote down to the installation and the after-installation care was excellent and very responsive. I found them to be very good value for money.

At home, I was contemplating for 7.44 kW ie 12 panels under NEM quota by SEDA. Solarwise(William) respond very quickly to queries. Once appointed, they deal directly with agencies. I don't have to do anything, except pay a bit for SEDA fees. After approval by SEDA and email from TNB, straight away proceed with installation. Installation wise also professional. All local workers. Easy to communicate and well experienced. So installation was very quick. Completed installation before 4 PM. The technician explained the apps for live monitoring. Now waiting for the welcome letter from TNB to kickoff actual usage. Expecting 2 days to receive the letter
