Despite my suggesting the units might need a more expensive overhaul rather than a service, Hafiz advised me that only a service was necessary. Quick to reply for initial enquiries. Might not come immediately to inspect/fix, but once available they will get to you. Inspection is done well and before they proceed with their service, they will inform you first on what they need to fix and also the price. They also suggest on further maintenance and actions. They didn’t blindly overcharge me for services I don’t have full understanding of.
