Engaged them as I saw a positive Google review. I had minor paint work to be done in my old apartment. Nabil & his team were fast and efficient to finish the work as per agreed timeline. The price were reasonably quoted too. Overall, satisfied with the outcome of the job.

Google review shows positive rating & experience; thought it was operated by Malaysian but is actually a Malaysia registered company but managed & operated by foreigners. Hence how they work is typically the same as you getting Foreign workers to do a simple job that doesn't require precision or oversight. The PIC Nabil is fast to reply & responsive. And the Supervisor is more of a PR Guy who smiles and say yes to everything and transport the worker and materials. The worker is good as they are polite and accommodates the customer. But for precision job like tiling with sloping angle to drainage, they are unable to do as water gets stuck (pooled up) in one corner. The benefit of Professional Malaysian company is where the Supervisor actually take down all the customer requirement and draws up the blueprints with raise & slope measurements, curve angles, water flow movement, drainage line & adjustments and finishing instructions plus pre-test with roller balls to ensure the end results meets the requirement and provides the matching materials and tools to achieve it. However, in this company case it's more of a PR stunt with smiles, false promises, taking secret videos while getting you to say okay so he looks good for his superior. Versus what a responsible Supervisor will do which is check and ensure all requirements matches the customer and he himself says it's okay from a Professional view rather than relying on a customer who has no idea on construction / renovation to say okay. After the damage is done, luckily the PIC Nabil is more reliable as he scheduled more experience worker to try to reduce the severity of the problem from being stuck with an elevated tile it becomes flat so the stuck water can at least move a bit and when you sweep the water, so it won't reverse. At least better compared to foreign workers without proper company or reputation, where they will just disappear. So, the expectation was fast flow to center lower grout line to drain without the need to sweep water and the final outcome after rectification was slow flow with water draining on right edge but slightly stuck/pooled by on left edge but at least with sweeping the water to the drain in won't reverse and skirting top was covered properly after showing proof to the Supervisor on how it should be done. Also, there will be additional paint cost as the walls around will be stained & slightly damaged so do remember to budget this. Hence as genuine precise review, this reasonable price service is for simple jobs but for precision jobs it does more damage than the cost you pay hence get a proper professional company for anything complicated, requires precision or quality.

Had a huge accident on my long white wall and for months, I spent alot of time worrying to myself that I wouldn't be able to find a proper contractor to fix my issue... Until now, I am extremely pleased with how efficient, polite and caring to detail that the worker has done. He even helped me cover up/clean up my apartment after the job so that's a plus 👍. Here's to hoping that my landlord won't notice a thing but highly doubt so with how good the service has been in 2 days 👍, recommend.
