Please be careful with this company. This company has scammed a lot of customer including me. Their modus operation to trap you with cheap price with low quality material and workmanship. You will be frustrated after 1 year. Your kitchen cabinet will be leaking everywhere because their worker not installing proper sealing.

All are grown ups here. Reply to ST RENO SENDAYAN CONSTRUCTION . There is no Deformation on my statement all true and proven. Please note that ST RENO CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD has alleged that I am the same person as the account known as "Concern Citizen." This allegation is completely untrue. We are different individuals and separate account holders. I am expressing my views solely from my own account and based on my own experience. Instead of addressing the concerns raised in the review, apologizing where appropriate, or responding to the unanswered calls, the company has chosen to make allegations against me without evidence. I stand by my statements and reject any attempt to associate me with unrelated accounts. If legal action is pursued as they claim, I am prepared to present the facts and defend myself against any false claims done by ST Reno Construction Sdn Bhd. They are not ashamed by what they done and don't want to rectify their mistake. Thank you. My original message remains : We are the team handling the Sendayan Merchant Square Portal Just for viewers to know that we are not their customer at all but been several time trying to contact them via WhatsApp. no courtesy to respond at all. (No professionalism at all) Based on our experience, we are not surprise the review by concern citizen. The indoor staff (Malay girl)member was helpful Here we unable to get any response from the management despite several calls and WhatsApp messages over a few weeks. A simple reply would have been appreciated as a professional courtesy. But not in this company. We believe reviews are often based on genuine customer experiences, and everyone should assess them accordingly. This is my genuine experience even today. I won't be calling this company anymore for my total 8000 community sake. Strange enough now after my above review they trying to call me and accusing me also want to sue me for deformation and want to report to police. In fact this is my true experience with ST RENO CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD. Never answer my whatsapp at all like other professional company does. We even genuinly gave our visiting card and now trying to check our company and ssm and so on. They should rectify the poor client who got damages (Concern citizen) and other negative review below from them. They more into checking and debating with us like kid to us. Hope they will learn to apologize ,remove their ego and realize their mistake like other establish company does.
