I had been searching for a design company but most of the ideas I received didn’t meet my expectations. Then, I came across Sui Design on Facebook and decided to contact them. I visited their office and had my first meeting with Jowin Goh and Olivia. I explained my vision, which included many detailed and specific requests. They listened carefully and patiently, taking the time to truly understand what I wanted. A few days later, Jowin contacted me again and we met to review the proposed design. I was extremely excited and impressed with what she presented. We agreed to move forward with Jowin as our designer, and she managed to fulfill all of our requests perfectly. Jowin was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. She provided excellent service and always went the extra mile, even helping us oversee the renovation work. After a few months, everything was completed right on schedule, and our dream home became a reality. We were absolutely delighted. A huge thank you to Sui Design, especially to Jowin Goh. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a designer to help build their dream home. SUI DESIGN is truly the best choice!

My husband and I are writing this review together to strongly recommend the SUI Design Team, especially Olivia and Sin Ning. From our very first meeting, I shared a range of ideas for our dream home, such as simplifying the design while maximising storage space to create a spacious and bright environment. We wanted a minimalist design that wasn't too plain, with thoughtful touches in each space to suit our daily habits. Olivia and Sin Ning were incredibly patient and attentive, carefully noting our ideas and providing numerous solutions to address our concerns. After multiple discussions and revisions, we were very satisfied with the designs they proposed. Throughout the renovation process, we were consistently updated on the progress. Whenever we had doubts or issues, Olivia and Sin Ning were quick to resolve them, saving us time and effort. Now, two months after moving into our new home, my husband and I are still extremely satisfied with our dream house. It’s not only beautiful but also highly practical. Olivia and Sin Ning brought unique creativity and a caring attitude to the project, making the entire experience worry-free and enjoyable. The final result even surpassed the 3D renderings and was well worth the price. We wholeheartedly recommend the SUI Design Team; their service is exceptional, and their work is outstanding. Olivia & Hannah provides excellent management, excellent team, and excellent work, fairly priced for the best quality materials and workmanship. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction and some that I didn't think about. All work was done professionally and to my satisfaction. they were considerate and polite during our initial meeting with a thorough explanation of our options. The renovation journey was smooth and worry-free, as Hannah will keep us updated the work progress on site whenever work have done. Even though there was a slight delay in the timeline, she will go the extra mile to ensure that we get our house ready just right after which we really appreciate the effort put in. Whenever we highlight our concern to her, she will always come out with a solution and get the problems rectified right away. Great job!
