He had visited four times at my site patiently. Their whole team is outstanding and they are great to work with. I really love my awning, it is really beautiful! Happy with the awning installed on 14/8/24, mainly to shade my car from the afternoon sun. I chose the manual option and find it quite easy to operate. Highly recommend SunPro for their superb service from start to completion. Service highlights - (1) Vincent's responsiveness to messages and frank, professional advice; (2) He and wife's care to get me the fabric colour which I wanted; (3) No-delay, no-mess installation; (4) Quality tools and protective gear provided for the workers; (5) Last but not least, excellent product quality. Overall, I like best that Vincent listens to my concerns and does his best to address them. Thanks, Vincent and all at SunPro. God bless!

The company is run by a married couple. Like and appreciate their honest advise, professionalism, humble, patient and responsibility. Vincent (owner) is very polite and patient to share his expert consultation to us during his site visit. Will not simple quote or propose like other company. His follow up after the installation also on time and no fuss. I will recommend this company if anyone of you would like to procure retractable awning. My wife gotten his contact via socia media and not recommended by anyone. 😀 In summary we are happy with his end product.
