Such a pleasure working with SunPro. They are genuinely knowledgeable and extremely professional. Awning is beautiful and the installation was precise and neat. It’s obvious they care about their brand and their customers. I did a lot of research and SunPro not only had the best prices, they also came highly recommended. Shout out to Vince to expedited the order and customization, and also showed up for the installation. Thanks !!

Sunproof Fabric awning was amazing to work with! Vincent was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process and was able to install our awning extremely quickly. He had visited four times at my site patiently. Their whole team is outstanding and they are great to work with. I really love my awning, it is really beautiful! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Vincent.

Happy with the awning installed on 14/8/24, mainly to shade my car from the afternoon sun. I chose the manual option and find it quite easy to operate. Highly recommend SunPro for their superb service from start to completion. Service highlights - (1) Vincent's responsiveness to messages and frank, professional advice; (2) He and wife's care to get me the fabric colour which I wanted; (3) No-delay, no-mess installation; (4) Quality tools and protective gear provided for the workers; (5) Last but not least, excellent product quality. Overall, I like best that Vincent listens to my concerns and does his best to address them. Thanks, Vincent and all at SunPro. God bless!

The company is run by a married couple. Like and appreciate their honest advise, professionalism, humble, patient and responsibility. Vincent (owner) is very polite and patient to share his expert consultation to us during his site visit. Will not simple quote or propose like other company. His follow up after the installation also on time and no fuss. I will recommend this company if anyone of you would like to procure retractable awning. My wife gotten his contact via socia media and not recommended by anyone. 😀 In summary we are happy with his end product.
