Wonderful experience engaging with Siemay and Ai Ling for designing our beautiful sweet home. From the first consultation to the key handover, they have been very attentive and easy to communicate. This is our first time renovating a home and the team did a fantastic job in helping us craft our dream home. Communication was superb, and the team helped to compile the defects which we were unaware of to the management. During renovation, site progress videos were shared almost on a weekly basis so that we could see how everything took place. They pay attention even up to the smallest details! Highly recommend T2o Design! They have been very transparent with us and also very easy to engage with. Highly satisfied with the results as well, very close to the 3D render!

Very satisfied with their service and amazed by their professionalism! Recently engaged T2O Design for renovating my home, from the beginning layout and quotation consultation (price very reasonable), they have been thoughtful and advise on my rental package design. Same goes to the whole renovation process, they constantly update the progress with videos once there was any job done. Other than that, they helped to address the defects found, and also communicate with management team on these issues which really made our renovation hassle-free. Big applause to T2O and the team!

Engaged their full makeover services. Overall experience was great with timely updates to my unit's progress and they would send video progress every other day. The team went above and beyond to fulfill my requests from discussing designs to implementing them, the workers found hidden defects during renovation and proactively submitted them to the management on my behalf. I'm usually wary about purely trusting 3D models but the outcome of the makeover is very similar to what was proposed using the computer generated model compared to other ID firms I've seen. My place was also kept clean and tidy during the whole renovation process which is a plus. Price that was quoted is very reasonable and workmanship is good. Consistency is important to me as well, and T2o has been helpful and accountable since the beginning of this makeover which makes it very easy to work with them. Special shoutout to Ms. SM Hon for leading my unit's makeover. Highly recommended.
