Engaged The Attic Room as an ID for my client’s residence at Cyberjaya. I’m VERY glad to meet Mr Gunalan who is exceptional, he’s professional and very efficient. The development’s management required additional info ie. engineering reports to which Mr Gunalan assisted and produced me with for a sensible engineer’s fee that is standard practice. The entire process of working with them was smooth, which is a great relief. The quality of the mezzanine floor which they built for me is also tip top. I highly recommend.

My wife and I engaged the services of The Attic Room Design to renovate our new home. Mr. Gunalan was our Project Manager. He was very professional in his dealings, responded to our brief efficiently, was responsive to our requests and provided good input to improve upon our ideas. He also supervised the work quality of the various contractors and was often on site to address the tasks on hand. In addition to all this, the project was delivered to us on-time and on-budget - which we were very appreciative. In summary, it has been a pleasure working with Mr. Gunalan and his company.

I am very grateful to Gunalan and his team in Attic Room Design for repairing my roof beam truss with such professionalism, responsiveness, competent execution with care and friendliness, such contractors are rare in my experience. My timber roof beam truss was cracking and under stress and Gunalan analysed the problem and proposed the solution. He had his team reinforce the roof with steel beams all in less than 1 week (26 Oct 2021) from our first meeting and we are very pleased with the result.
