Very disappointing as the electrician sent over, clearly did not know how to solve the problem. He was walking up and down trying to look busy and make the problem bigger than what it actually was. Lesson learnt : 1) Request for a quotation upfront. 2) Agree on a minimum payment if they are unable to identify and resolve the problem. 3

Works were carried out gently, diligently, fast, accurate and professionally. Although the works is tedious and need more than 3 hours to complete, they still able to complete to my satisfactory. Thank you.
