so i saw this id firm on google and really like their design and decided to go with them even though there is other id firm that charged cheaper and service is better during calls and 1st meeting it went well but when they came out with the 3D drawings, goodness its the total opposite of what we discuss. it was so bad but there is no turning back as we paid full 27k 1. we were charged RM27000 for only 3D drawings, moodboard, budget & quote. 2. the owner replies are so god damn slow he literally reply after 1 week 3. the whole duration was so lengthy, engage in their service June2025 but got my 1st 3D on November2025 4. ideas by me was not even used had to inform so many times and still no changes Perhaps this is my POV but I paid rm27000 for this kind of crappy ID service...

It is my first time in engaging an Interior Design firm to renovate my newly bought home and they did not disappoint. Ken did an amazing job in understanding my requirements (modern luxury style) as well as budget that was set and proposed a design that captured my heart the moment I saw it. I can't wait to live in my future house and we agreed on the design and quotation on paper before starting the renovation work. The renovation process certainly took sometime as I'm renovating the whole house and every room, but it's worth the wait as everything was done nicely and beautifully. It is easy to work with the team as they will try their best as well as their utmost capability to fulfill my request. Overall, I'm happy to come home everyday and will certainly recommend The Roof Studio to anyone that is looking to hire an interior design firm to transform / upgrade their existing space.

Have engaged the Roof Studio for my house renovation. Ken and his team are professional in terms of designing, consultation, getting necessary authorities approvals, entire construction processes and finishings, basically one stop for all renovation related requests, including great after sales service. Despite hiccups here and there throughout the process, they manage to deliver incredible results. Trustable team and definitely recommend.
