Hired Themez Design Sdn Berhad to carry out renovation work at my apartment at Laman Damai. Interior Designer Kray from the firm was assigned to me. Initially I was a bit apprehensive cos he’s young but after working with him he seems very experienced suggesting very good ideas to help transform my apt into a contemporary, cozy, warm, nice and relaxed environment that I desire. His character is pleasant not pushy. He listens and will elaborate in details to put you at ease. His work attitude is very professional, concise, knowledgeable and efficient. Very meticulous in every details of his work that I don’t have to worry and just relax. This is the assurance that I was given when we started the renovation. I am glad and pleased to have contracted Themez Design. The pictures I posted after the renovation manifested the professionalism and I am truly satisfied with the outcome.

We had a wonderful experience with Ms. Joey as our salesperson. She was professional, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide more detailed drawings of the inside of the cabinet — including internal layout, phases, and views — to help customers better understand the design. Overall, we are happy with the service and the finished custom cabinets. Thank you! — Ms. Naga
