We had a wonderful experience working with our interior designer, Joyce and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. From the outset, everything was handled in a highly professional manner, and she responded very quickly to our problem, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. The quality of work was outstanding, with excellent attention to detail and a clear commitment to delivering the best possible result. She took the time to understand our needs and offered thoughtful solutions that truly enhanced the space. In addition to her talent and professionalism, she also a genuinely lovely person, friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded our expectations! 😍 We would happily recommend her services to anyone seeking high quality interior design work 🌟!! And to William, our contractor, he is a reliable and professional contractor. He always arrives on time and addresses any defects promptly without delay. About six months before I got the keys, I started planning the renovations for my home. To make the most of the limited condo space, built-in cabinets, storage spaces, and decks were among the main designs. This include a prayer altar, a study/leisure area with a study table, storage cabinet, and bed sofa, and fluted tv panel with hanging cabinet. I started looking for qualified contractors and made a short list of about five, the only one of which, Tivolli Design Company, could provide exactly what I needed. In addition to the price being affordable within my budget, I had very easy and seamless communication with their team. I spoke with Shery, Ms. Joyce, and Mr. Ivan. Mr. Ivan was in charge of sketching and designing the layout to suit my preferences. This gentleman gave me exactly what I wanted and is incredibly patient. This company's best feature is that they only ask for a small deposit, with the remaining amount due only after the design and sketch are complete. Ms. Joyce was in charge of the plan's execution and measurement. She is a very intelligent, approachable and committed person. Before the renovations start, Ms. Joyce personally came over to take measurements and had a thorough discussion with me. A big applause to Mr. Fung's renovation team. The most productive contractors, in my opinion. They arrived right on schedule and finished the job in just three days. The result in the end was neat and beautiful. Ms. Shery, with whom I dealt regarding quality control, was a nice person. Speaking with her would make one happy and at ease. Overall, I had a great experience working with the Tivolli team; I would give them a five-star rating and hearty recommendation. Sharing some pictures of their amazing work.

She gave me great ideas and patiently analysed the pros and cons of each option. She's also very proactive in making sure the whole installation was done smoothly. I use Tivolli services for my kitchen cabinets & master bedroom wardrobe when I shifted to my new house, back in 2017 which was 7 years ago. Time passed by and my cabinet still in good shape, only minor dent and wear & tear. One day, received whatsapp from Tivolli, only to know that they want to come by my house and fix the wear & tear of my cabinets for free of charge! (they still keep my number and information). It caught my surprised! because as far as my understand, the service only one time, which was during installation only. Appointment was set, and Mr Yoke Fong came to service my cabinets. He did all the maintenance services, like fixing the kitchen doors, hinges, close all the door gaps, fix the door damper and cleaning& wiping the whole cabinets, make it like a brand new. I`m happy that my glass door can close properly now. I`m truly happy & satisfy with the costumer services provided by Tivolli eventhough its already 7 years and beyond the warranty period. Kudos to the team and very excellent service by Mr Yoke Fong, giving some tips and idea how to keep the cabinet in good shape, 5 start services by him 👍✨✨✨✨✨ Yhank you Tivolli. 👌🤞
