2 stars for the prompt reply by mr.lee and he was kind enough to set an adhoc site visit next day with his staff. However, the staff who came to the site visit was really good at warding customers off. Condescending, cold, impolite and even had the audicity to command me to set next appt on saturday instead of sunday as she seemed pissed off that she had to work on sunday that day.

The work is beautiful and neat, just as we requested.. If there are any defects, they will fix them until we are satisfied.. So far, there have been no problems, we are happy to stay in the house we want. Thank you Mr. Lee for always monitoring the improvement work until it is completed within the time we want.. 🤗
