This is my second time approached Topguard Waterproofing for their excellence service since last slab maintenance on 2024. We approached again this year for the aging roof tile replacement. The service is remained excellence and the workers are friendly and polite to us during the repair works in progress. The price quoted for the whole repair works including my kitchen and house is average and fair for the excellent works. Again I am happy and satisfied with the service and definitely recommendable to my friends / family for the water proofing service. Thanks Mason and the water proofing team.

I had an excellent experience with Topguard. Boss is very friendly, and his team members were excellent. 5stars giving to Mr. Kevin & the workers! They finished the job efficiently and most important they completely solved my house leaking issue. Very responsive. Reasonable price. Quality work. Exceeding my expectations. Highly recommended.

I engaged Topguard Waterproofing Sdn Bhd to solve my roof leaking problem. I was impressed by their workmanship of the workers and the promptness of response from Mr Kevin who is the person in charge. Thank you Mr Kevin who also was reported to me with photos and video explaining how they work on my roof using Torch On Membrane method . There was huge cracks on wall which also cause the leaking and they repair it as well. They charged me with the reasonable and affordable price. I am pleased with their great service and hopefully there is no more leaking again. This company is highly recommended.

Topguard Waterproofing carried out work on my house in recently. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the finishing on my car porch. The workmanship left more than six overlap lines across a 24‑foot slab, making the surface an obvious eye sore that has diminished the overall appearance and curb appeal of my home. Despite Kevin’s repeated assurances that this was “the best” they could deliver, I remain frustrated with the outcome. Because of this poor finishing, I may now need to engage another contractor to restore and beautify my front house—an effort that will inevitably involve additional cost, time, and frustration.
