I engaged Topguard Waterproofing Sdn Bhd to solve my roof leaking problem. I was impressed by their workmanship of the workers and the promptness of response from Mr Kevin who is the person in charge. Thank you Mr Kevin who also was reported to me with photos and video explaining how they work on my roof using Torch On Membrane method . There was huge cracks on wall which also cause the leaking and they repair it as well. They charged me with the reasonable and affordable price. I am pleased with their great service and hopefully there is no more leaking again. This company is highly recommended.

I designed my own house and would only get the best contractors to do my house only after very tedious assessments and consideration. Price is not my primary consideration but quality of work, as my expectation is always high. I was glad and felt lucky to select Topguard for my house roofs, the jobs were completed very smoothly and exceeded my expectations, and I was impressed by the good discipline and workmanship of the workers! Trust the boss gets the credit. I wasn’t at home at all to watch their work, but they checked every corner for me and reported the progress to me timely, with photos and videos. The jobs were nicely and neatly done, they even touched up the crack wall and painted the relevant areas for me. The boss was super helpful and willing to listen. BTW, their price was one of the most reasonable and affordable.

Topguard Waterproofing carried out work on my house in recently. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the finishing on my car porch. The workmanship left more than six overlap lines across a 24‑foot slab, making the surface an obvious eye sore that has diminished the overall appearance and curb appeal of my home. Despite Kevin’s repeated assurances that this was “the best” they could deliver, I remain frustrated with the outcome. Because of this poor finishing, I may now need to engage another contractor to restore and beautify my front house—an effort that will inevitably involve additional cost, time, and frustration.
