Initially we discussed a few times about the design and measurements. There were differences on how the design would look like. It is important for the design to be understood and accepted by both parties which affected the price of the work. Once everything was agreed, the work was rather good. The workers knew what to be done and quite good with the execution. The work was tidy and clean. We are very happy with the work. If i may suggest, the workers should wear proper attire with safety harnesses like shoes rather than slippers. Hence 4 stars!

When undertaking a major house renovation of approximately RM200k (excluding accessories), while also managing neighbours’ expectations and coordinating with external AC installers, peace of mind is extremely important to us. Based on Ulik’s past projects, customer reviews, and our initial inspection and subsequent discussions with Mr Loo, we were confident in both their service and pricing. Mr Loo shared practical opinions and space‑efficiency ideas that we had not considered, which added real value to the overall design. As the project manager, he consistently followed up on the project progress and kept us updated on the status. He also responded to our messages within a reasonable timeframe. While hiccups are normal in renovation projects, he made the effort to address defects with his team based on our feedback. PS: We recommend conducting site visits at least once a week and asking questions regularly especially before tiling and painting started.
