I really appreciate Zhawn for listening to our needs and sharing his perspective on feasibility during the design phase, along with recommendations. He is also very flexible and knowledgeable about design, paying close attention to every detail we wanted. The renovation process went smoothly thanks to Zhawn and Gerraldh’s coordination. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. They were always responsive, punctual for meetings, and proactive in following up and updating us on requests and issues during the renovation. Zhawn has been exceptionally responsible, patient, and efficient in managing all coordination — often going above and beyond his duties to ensure everything was completed well. He was also remarkably accommodating and understanding throughout, even with my mom and me being quite a handful. The end result is a beautiful, comfortable home we love.
