I was impressed with the very thorough initial design and quotation based on what I planned to do for my house that I decided on the spot to place my booking. Each step following that until finally the installation of all wardrobes and kitchen cabinet is done at my house is very satisfying. Wing is very accommodating, always responds quickly, and most importantly Unity Kitchen is timely per the agreed dates. Engaged with Unity Kitchen at MidValley Home Expo, and glad we met with Charissa at USJ branch. We are 1st time new home owners, and needed a design + fitout for 1000sqft new condo unit. Charissa was very accommodating and patient to explain all the various design possibility to us. It took around 2mos to finalise a design. She also provided good suggestions on where to achieve cost saving without sacrificing the look and feel. Not like some other ID who will keep advising on more expensive solution. After approving the 3D rendering, Unity managed to deliver on time according to schedule within 6 weeks. The fitment and quality meets our expectations and we are very happy with the work completed. I commend and thank Charissa for her commitment to our project - personally making sure the site is clean and tidy throughout the project. For new homeowners - I can highly recommend Unity to fitout your home.

Don’t trust on those advertisements they paid celebrities to say good words ! Did not keep promise to delivery on time even can last minute the sales XP said they forget to put in our order to delivery as per date promised, such as standard reply like those unethical contractor! When come to collect full payment even will drive all the way to your house , after full payment then you can see their true color ! We even on leave waiting for them come to assemble the wardrobe, at the end really disappointing us ! If you are considering this company for on time delivery item you want please think twice! Before we placed order said can delivery December, now January seem they are trying to delay some more .May be they only care about those above 20k bill only will expedite for you ?? The sales even said worst I refund to you if can’t deliver on time , what kind of service ? Unity kitchen did not treat customers fairly, you had wasted our time & effort who trust on your 5 stars google review, at the end simply reply want cancel our bill just because not big ticket size deal ?
