Just signed up solar from Vestech. Energising end of Aug26. Whole process was smooth and queries answered. Hope to obtain support from the team not now not 2months time but 2 to 3 years from now. For now 5 star. 😀

Once something is confirmed, there is an expectation of professionalism and follow-through. Canceling abruptly and replacing without transparency is irresponsible and reflects badly on your standards. This isn’t just inconvenient—it damages trust and credibility. Not acceptable from Vestech.

Great job done by Vestech team, starting off with Kenneth Ho, Zan & engineering team. The whole solar installation process took about one and a half months, all smooth and well planned by Vestech team. I strongly recommend this company for their professional service. Most importantly, the long term whatapps group with the Vestech team is so encouraging for maintenance purposes.

I must say the after sale service is pretty bad. There's no response to queries despite asking to investigate why there's anomalies in my billing for 2 times and we were left in the dark for over 2 weeks despite being advised they will revert within 24 hours. We were also startled to receive a notification from myTNB that someone had logged on to my account which was done without any prior advice to us. It’s only when we reached out, your team confirm it was them but with no other further clarifications and completely ignore all our inquiries which followed. We've been very patient but I don't think it's right to not even acknowledge your client's inquiries. If there’s a SLA, let us know and we understand too. Surely an organization of your size would have customer service training and possibly a scripted holding response at the very least.
