Bad service. Initially sounded eager with quick response when contacted and scheduled for next day inspection of clogged drainage. Didn't turn up for scheduled inspection with excuses and eventually stopped responding to whatsapp.

Clogged drain in the middle of the night. Contacted VNS, and they managed to give me a quote and arranged for plumber the next morning itself. Efficiency at its max. Both the customer service lady and the plumber were extremely friendly and professional. They explained everything in detail, and gave a price (or a range) before starting work. Got everything sorted within the same day, price was fair and reasonable, workmanship was good. All in all, a very good experience with VNS. Highly recommend!
