on behalf of TCS Eng (Bkt Minyak, Penang) We would like to express our appreciation to Wai Hong Brothers (Mr Roof) for the excellent roof repair work carried out at our factory. Throughout the project, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and commitment. The work was well organized, properly planned, and executed efficiently according to the agreed schedule. Their response time was fast whenever clarification or assistance was required, making communication smooth and effective. One aspect we particularly appreciated was their daily progress reporting. They consistently provided photographs of the work completed each day, allowing us to monitor the progress closely and giving us confidence that the project was being carried out professionally and transparently. The team was also approachable and willing to discuss technical issues and repair options. They listened to our concerns, provided practical recommendations, and worked collaboratively to achieve the best solution for our factory's roofing issues. Their willingness to assist and accommodate our requirements was highly commendable. The repair work was completed satisfactorily, and the overall workmanship met our expectations. We are pleased with the quality of service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Wai Hong Brothers to companies seeking reliable and professional roofing repair services. We would like to thank Wai Hong Brothers and their team for their dedication, responsiveness, and excellent support throughout the project.
