I’m very happy with the excellent job provided by Wai Hong and his team. Recently, due to the heavy rain, our shop was badly flooded and leaking. We had already hired two different contractors before this, and although they collected payment, the leaking issue was still not solved. Luckily, we found Wai Hong on Google because of their many positive reviews. From the first inspection, their manager was highly professional and carefully explained the problem and the best solution for us. Once the project started, there was always a project manager on-site supervising the work and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Even during the project, it continued raining heavily, but the team handled everything very professionally and efficiently. In the end, they successfully fixed all the leaking issues, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and professional team!

Strongly recommend Wai Hong Brothers Roof Specialist for their excellent after-sales service (even after 5 years). I made a request for inspection due to suspected roof leakage and concerns over the waterproofing condition. The customer service team responded very efficiently and sent an appointment confirmation within 1 hour. The technician then came over to inspect and rectify the issue within 3 days, without any charges as it was still under warranty. The staff were professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. We are impressed by their detailed reporting, including clear before-and-after photos for reference. Overall, a very pleasant experience with responsive service and strong professionalism. Highly recommended.
