Strongly recommend Wai Hong Brothers Roof Specialist for their excellent after-sales service (even after 5 years). I made a request for inspection due to suspected roof leakage and concerns over the waterproofing condition. The customer service team responded very efficiently and sent an appointment confirmation within 1 hour. The technician then came over to inspect and rectify the issue within 3 days, without any charges as it was still under warranty. The staff were professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. We are impressed by their detailed reporting, including clear before-and-after photos for reference. Overall, a very pleasant experience with responsive service and strong professionalism. I recently hired Wai Hong Brothers to install waterproofing membrane sheets on both my car porch slab and upper roof slab, and I could not be happier with the results.What stood out: Excellent Workmanship: The team laid the membrane sheets flawlessly with tight, secure seams.Thorough Preparation: They meticulously cleaned and patched the concrete slabs before installation. Professional Crew: The workers were punctual, polite, and kept the workspace very clean. Great Communication: The project supervisor explained the layers and process clearly from start to finish. Since the installation, we have had heavy rains and both slabs are completely bone-dry. No leaks, no dampness, and absolute peace of mind.
