We engaged Wai Hong brothers to change the roofing for our home and went with the V-bond roof. Overall we’re impressed (and very surprised) by how professional the team is. They are extremely responsive, well coordinated and kept us updated on the progress few times everyday. 10/10 project management. Special shout out to Quan Pei & Xiang. Even the workers are friendly and polite. Although pricing slightly is higher compared to other quotes we got, we chose Wai Hong because the warranty term is much longer (10-20 years) and after seeing the installation, we’re very pleased with the workmanship of the team 😊 We would recommend them.

I was recommended this company by few of my neighbour, who praised their workmanship and product quality. Their specialist, Mr. Hanson, explained the issue with my car porch roof and provided a quotation. The price was within expectation, and he assured me that the warranty and workmanship would justify the cost. About two weeks later, the installation team, led by En. Rosli, arrived to carry out the work.They paid close attention to detail and maintained a clean worksite. The final result was excellent — the roof looks solid, neat, and well-finished, reflecting the quality I was promised. I am very satisfied with the results — highly recommend this company, definitely worth what you pay for.

They were friendly, respectful, and did a great job stopping the leak.Very polite and hardworking workers. I had a leaking issue on my house open roof and had waterproof coating job done last year but problem persists whenever there is a heavy rain. Found Wai Hong Brothers and saw many good feedbacks and decided to try. Few days later the request was attended by Darren. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly without rushing. The whole process was smooth and well organized. Jie is the site manager and attentive to the request.
