Found the company on Google. They replied to my enquiry promptly to arrange for a site visit. I received a quote one day after inspection from Mr Lee. Several packages were quoted and we could choose based on our budget. Overall good experience. Enquired about their service on 17/12/2025, job completed on 2/1/2026.

Alan and team were super accommodating. I had an issue on a Sunday morning and the team came to sort out my clogged toilet in less than 30 minutes. They were upfront with costs and risks involved but they ensured the most suitable repair work at the most economical choice for the customer. We are truly appreciative of their assistance.

It's all good until months down the road when leaks continue and despite warranty, when contacted every single one reachable went silent. I read about this being an issue before engaging their service but after a conversation with the administrator, who assured me it's a one time bad review from a disgruntled customer, I went ahead with the engagement! The thing is, I didn't even get to speak to anyone about the issues I'm facing because every single one of the contact that I have reached out to, none came back with any reply. Engage with caution.
