I engaged Mr Yap to do my house renovation at The Nest. He is a quite low profile contractor.. He have done many condominium renovation and he has done good jobs for me , even he seldom go to site visit . And he will snap a photo and video to where the works are complete or in progress and to where the wiring run to and lighting wiring run and also water piping. His price is reasonable with some free gift too, like my bathroom basin cabinet and 2 ceiling fan..and he give a lot of proposal and advices to us , which what need to do and no need to do. It helps us save a lot of money, End up with his quality of works. I’m very satisfied with his job as he has responsible workmanship. And he also recommended the interior designer also very experience and have a good and nice design. I’m highly recommend to who is searching for good quality and reasonable price contractor. Well done 👍🏻

Mr Yap and his team did a good job for my house. I did a major renovation to repaint the house, redo the plumbing for the toilets, change all the wall and floor tiles for wet kitchen and toilets and many more. The work done is good and nice. Mr Yap is also very accommodating and will help to do minor things without charges. Most importantly, he give his professional advice before work is done, so as house owner, we are informed of the options available for us and we can make better decisions, which I personally appreciate. You won't regret using this company services.

Yap is so rude to customer. He tells me to visit his on-going project any day anytime, when I went there, nobody there and door is closed. When you try to set up a site visiting, he ask you back what do you think of their job quality, for wet works, how come normal people have the strong background to QC your job quality? looks like he do not want to waste his precious time on potential customer.
