I engaged Mr Yap to do my house renovation at The Nest. He is a quite low profile contractor.. He have done many condominium renovation and he has done good jobs for me , even he seldom go to site visit . And he will snap a photo and video to where the works are complete or in progress and to where the wiring run to and lighting wiring run and also water piping. His price is reasonable with some free gift too, like my bathroom basin cabinet and 2 ceiling fan..and he give a lot of proposal and advices to us , which what need to do and no need to do. It helps us save a lot of money, End up with his quality of works. I’m very satisfied with his job as he has responsible workmanship. And he also recommended the interior designer also very experience and have a good and nice design. I’m highly recommend to who is searching for good quality and reasonable price contractor. Well done 👍🏻

Mr Yap and his team were incredibly professional. He was highly responsive from the initial consultation through to project completion and giving practical suggestions. He provided clear, detailed estimates and kept us updated weekly on progress and upcoming milestones. The team was courteous, showed up exactly when they said they would, and made sure all our questions were answered quickly. Although the price is slightly higher but will still recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality contracting work.
