You have save my worries I have been trying to get few advice on how to unblock this concrete slab waterway piping that have been stuck for few months. In 2025, I bought a house. During the buying process, the previous owner never mentioned that the bathroom drainage was blocked. Even during the renovation, the contractor also never informed me about this issue. Only after I started staying in the house did I realize there was a serious drainage problem. First, I contacted a plumber, and he said an air push cleaning would solve the issue. After he completed the job, the same problem happened again the very next day. Then I called another plumber. He said the manhole needed to be opened and the outlet pipe cleaned. After he finished the work, the same problem happened again the next day. After that, I contacted a plumbing agency, and they sent another plumber. He said the toilet closet needed to be moved to another location. I explained all my previous experiences to him, but he confidently said that after moving the closet, everything would be fine. However, after only 3 days, the same problem happened again. Every time, I had to pay money, ranging from RM200 to RM1000. Finally, I came across “Your Drain Man” videos on Facebook and contacted them. Within 2 and a half hours, they completely solved the issue. Their service team used new technology and proper methods to identify the exact cause of the blockage. I truly appreciate their work because they were very clean, professional, and experienced. I sincerely thank “Your Drain Man” for solving this major headache for me. One thing that disappointed me was that the previous owner, the contractor, and the first few plumbers I dealt with were all Tamil workers, and none of them managed to solve the actual issue properly. They just want money only,No need to solve the problem, Because of these repeated bad experiences, I personally lost confidence and trust in the Tamil workers I dealt with.

Overall im satisfied with the service provided. It's always great when someone shows up on time and is friendly and knowledgeable. This service had the necessary equipment (hydrojetting machine / pipe insection camera) to complete the job, which is a plus.
